134a & 1234yf Module instructions
Introductions
This is a module based on two refrigerant identifications (134a and 1234yf), which can identify whether it is 134a or 1234yf or CH.
Structure description
Ways of connections
The link method is very important. Please link the ID and the air pump as shown in the figure below to ensure that the test gas first enters the ID through the pump. This link method is conducive to the correct operation of the ID.
Steps for usage
Step 1 (Preheating)
When the module is powered on, and the “P” led starts blinking, indicating that the module is warming up. The “P” led will blink for 30 seconds. Then the “P” led is keep on, indicating that the preheating process of the module is complete. In the mean time, the purging process is started and the pump starts to work.
Step2： （Purging）
30 seconds later, the “C” led starts to blink, indicating that you can do some preparations, such as connecting the car air conditioner to the module. After 30 seconds, the “C” led is keep on, at the same time, the pump stops working.
Step3： （Analysis）
At this time, both the “P” led and the “C” led are keep on, besides,the pump stops working. On this condition, the user can do the gas test.
Please make sure input the tested gas first and then press the “Start” button, the “A” led will be keep on, in a very short time(5 seconds), our module can automatically analyzes the refrigerant composition. The analysis results are shown in the following table:

Step4:(Recycling）
Press the “Start” button, the process returns to step 2 and executes in a loop.
Cautions and warnings
1. Use caution to prevent falling.
2. The components should be placed in a closed space to prevent airflow interference and electrostatic interference.
3. Do not reverse the positive and negative power supply to avoid irreversible damage to the sensor
★★★4. Before use, the user should filter the gas to ensure that the gas entering into the gas room is a pure gas without water vapor and without oil.
★★★5. Wait for the “P” led and “C” led are both keep on and the pump stops working, only on this condition, user can do the gas test.
★★★6. Connect the air pump correctly as shown in the picture and do not connect the air pump reversely.
